The right words on every call. The right move on every deal.
Cue is an agentic deal intelligence platform. It gives you the answer while the buyer is still talking, then drafts the follow-up for you to send, updates the CRM and lines up the next move.
Built for anyone who sells: SDRs, BDRs, AEs, sales engineers, founders, and sales leaders in complex B2B sales.
- Deal context · Your calls, email, calendar and CRM, already read
- Pre-call prep · The people, their company, your objective, what to ask
- Live call · Answers, questions, coaching, signals, insight
- Post-call summary · Key moments, commitments and the follow-up email, drafted
- Next move · Where the deal stands, and what to do about it
Cue listens and writes the call down, with real speaker names, in the language the call is in. Nothing else happens until you press.
- No meeting bot
- Cue listens on your computer. Nothing joins the call.
- Hidden from screen share
- Share your screen freely. The overlay is not in it.
- Any meeting app
- Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and the rest, on macOS and Windows.
- Multilingual
- Follows the call in English, German, French, Spanish or Dutch, detected per call.
Less admin. Faster deals. Better reps.
Most of a rep's week goes to everything around the sale. Cue takes that work off their plate, coaches them through every call, and shows the whole team where each deal really stands.
01Less admin
Prep, notes, recap emails and CRM updates eat the hours meant for selling.
Get your week back for selling.
Cue researches every meeting, writes the recap and the follow-up, and fills in the CRM from the call itself. You review and press Send.
02Faster deals
Deals stall quietly between calls, and you notice when the buyer stops replying.
Always know the next step that moves the deal.
Cue follows every deal across calls, email, calendar and CRM, says whether it is Moving, Stalled or At risk and why, and drafts the next move.
03Live coaching
Coaching comes after the call, never in the moment that decides the deal.
A coach beside you, live, on every call.
One press for a cited answer, the next question or a read of the call. Your methodology fills in as the buyer talks.
04Full visibility
Managers hear a deal is in trouble at the forecast call, when it is already late.
See every deal without chasing updates.
Every deal's state and commitments, every call's key moments, and the team's at-risk deals, in one view.
Deal intelligence that keeps itself up to date.
Cue is on the call, so the deal fills in without anyone maintaining a CRM: what was said, what was promised, who matters and what is still open. Then it tells you where the deal stands and what to do about it.

Where this stands
Evaluation is done; the pilot has no date and the champion has gone quiet.

The move
Do this weekSend the re-engagement brief with the deployment benchmark.
Coach
The deal stalled on the buyer side, not on price. Reopen with the deployment benchmark they asked for, and put a date on the pilot in the same message. Ask who signs once the pilot is green.
What did they say about the pilot timeline?
On the Aug 28 call the VP Operations said they wanted the pilot running before their Q4 planning, and the lead architect asked for the deployment benchmark first. No date was set.
From the call at 31:40 and her email on Sep 2
Draft a short note that proposes two dates.
01Update deal
One press reads the whole deal, calls, email and CRM, and updates fields, qualification, commitments and risks, with a receipt of what changed.
02Today
Each morning: what you owe, which deals are at risk, and the calls ahead.
03Across the pipeline
What buyers are saying across your deals, why you win and lose, and for managers, the team's deals at risk.
Seven tools a rep juggles. One app.
Each of these was its own tab, its own login and its own bill. Cue does them because it is already on the call, so none of them has to be fed by hand.
- Recorders and transcription: The call is written down as it happens, with real speaker names, and every key moment in the write-up links back to what was said.
- Prospect and account research: The people you are about to meet, and what their company has been doing, researched and dated before the call starts.
- Battlecards and answer wikis: Your own documents answer the buyer while they are still on the call, cited, and an uncited answer can be checked against the web.
- CRM data entry: Fields, contacts and a note for every call go back to your CRM on their own, with a history of what changed.
- Deal review spreadsheets: Each deal carries where it stands, why, what is still open and what to do next, for you and for your manager.
- Follow-up templates: The email is written from the call itself and revisable by prompt, and it leaves from your own mailbox.
- Methodology scorecards: Your framework's coverage fills in as the buyer talks, and a tap corrects it.
Works with the tools you already use.
The meeting apps you sell on, your calendar and mail, your CRM, and the places your team already talks.
- On the call
- Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or anything else. Cue listens on your computer, so there is nothing to add to the meeting.
- Calendar and mail
- Google and Outlook. Cue reads your calendar and recent email, and sends follow-ups from your own address.
- CRM
- HubSpot and Salesforce. Deals, contacts and activity come in; fields, contacts and a note for every call go back.
- Where your team works
- Slack and Notion, and Ask Cue from Claude or ChatGPT through a read-only connector.

Questions.
Before the demo, in plain language.
Is Cue a recording or transcription tool?+
No. Recording is one input. Cue prepares the call, helps you privately during it, turns it into follow-through and keeps the deal state current between calls.
Who is it for?+
People who sell: account executives, founders, sales engineers and their managers, in deals with several stakeholders and many conversations.
What does it do during a call?+
You pull what you need: a cited Answer, the next Question, or a Coach read of the whole call. On a hard moment, a blocker, a named competitor, a real date, Cue adds one short observation, a few times a call at most.
Where do the answers come from?+
From your knowledge base: the documents you upload and your website. Each answer is marked cited, partly cited or not cited, and an uncited one can be checked against the web in one tap.
Does Cue send or change anything without asking me?+
No. Ask Cue proposes and you confirm, and an email goes out only when you press Send, from your own mailbox. On the call, the only thing Cue says unasked is a short insight, and you can switch it off.
Is Cue an agent?+
Yes. It prepares your calls, follows your calendar, email and CRM, keeps every deal current and readies the next move on its own, and anything that leaves Cue waits for your yes.
How is it different from conversation intelligence?+
Those tools review calls afterward, mostly for managers. Cue works for the person selling, before, during and after the call, and says what to do next.
What happens between calls?+
Cue follows each deal through calls, email and the CRM, judges whether it is moving, stalled or at risk, and puts the next move beside it, with the email drafted.
Do I have to keep my CRM up to date for Cue to work?+
No. Cue captures the deal from the calls themselves, plus your email and calendar. It writes fields, contacts and a note for every call back to HubSpot or Salesforce.
Which sales methodology does it follow?+
Yours. Choose from eight, including MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN, SPICED and Challenger. Cue tracks coverage as the buyer talks, and you can correct it with a tap.
How do I get Cue?+
Cue is invite-only today. Book a demo and we set up your workspace, with a starter knowledge base researched from your website, so your first call is already useful.
